Update on the Remus life

We just recently set up internet services and unpacked my computer AND reassembled my desk. Moving day was fun. My humongous desk wouldn't fit through the door so the boys took the door off it's hinges. No lie. I made sure to get pictures of that. Well the desk still wouldn't fit so they had to disassemble it :/ After that, the futon didn't want to leave either so that also had to be taken apart slightly to get out the door. AND THEN the futon decided that it didn't want to go into the designated room in the new house. FUN. It's currently chilling out in the back spare room until we disassemble it further and move it again.

It seems like nothing gets done around the house but we just have so much stuff that it just seems like it's taking forever to unpack everything. It doesn't help that after work Dan and I are always on the go and seeing friends and going to the movies and ect..

Somehow on Saturday I got suckered into cleaning my friends apartment. I didn't want to but I really wanted to nap and there wasn't room for a nap so I had to clean up and I couldn't do a halfassed job of it so we went all out and CLEANED. And then she bought a DVD player and some curtains and we hung up some stuff all the while Dan was on the couch playing his PSP and playing the Wii at the same time. Heh heh.

Dan bought our first lawnmower!! How exciting!! I know I must sound really lame but I'm really cut out for the domestic life. Wait until I garden for my first time :P Dorkiness aside, I'm really happy. I don't think life could get any better for us right now. We live in an absolutely wonderfully quiet neighborhood. We're in a good location. We have our health and our love. I have the best husband in the world and he makes me incredibly happy.

I have a ton of stories and pictures to share and I'll do that once I find my mind. It's probably in a box somewhere waiting for some fresh air :P
