First things first; our Housewarming Party is September 14, 2007. It’s on a Friday. Email me for directions and ECT... I don’t feel comfortable putting my address out on the internet ;)
How do I even describe my visit to Korea? If I had to use one word it would be “life changing”. Oops. That’s two words :P
Since I was flying with my mom, Dan drove me to Melbourne so we wouldn’t have to worry about leaving my car unattended for three weeks plus he wanted to see me off :)
We saw some good friends and ate some good food
I didn’t cry at the airport like I thought I was going to. That was probably due to crying my eyes out after watching “Knocked Up”. Uncontrollable crying in public = totally embarrassing
The line and security check point was a bit busier than it normally is that early in the morning but still pretty good all things considered. We found our terminal and sat down. My mom went off to find some coffee but returned with travel pillows for everyone.
Because of poor communication of the airline employees I ended up sitting in the emergency aisle seat. I didn’t want to but my young nephew and niece couldn’t sit there so I did. Luckily I got a window seat. I usually sleep the entire time I am on a flight so it’s selfish of me to get the window seat but this time I stayed away and took a ton of pictures. Every time I would see anything geographically physically I would get excited that I was seeing the grand canyon or the San Andreas fault line and likewise. I had no idea what I was seeing though. Since we were flying just an itty bitty plane it didn’t have any on screen guide that showed you real time of where you were flying and ECT...
That last one I threw in just to show off :P
Keep posted for more blogs!
