Happy New Year!

Hope yours was as fantastic as mine! I was asleep, and it was glorious!

Dan and I had headaches that were fast approaching into migraine status so that allowed us to be anti-social. We did however go outside and watch our neighbors light a few fireworks off with the neighborhood kids. They were adorable. It was just 4 boys and all of them were bouncing off the walls. Every time a firecracker was lit they would each get closer to it like a moth to a flame.

After that we watched "Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny", which I fell asleep at during the end. When that was over I decided to go to bed and didn't even help Dan turn off lights or lock doors. I'm sure I was passed out before he came to bed a few minutes later.

He woke me up when a thousand fireworks were going off outside. We wished each other a happy new year and gave a peck and then we promptly passed back out. Like I said, it was GLORIOUS!
