Recap of weekend

Dan and I were quite the butterflies this weekend. And we LIKED it. We're usually home bodies.

Friday night we went to Kristen and Greg's for some video games and conversation. It was a blast. Dan rocked the guitar on Rock Band. Drums is super hard. I seriously have no rhythm.

Saturday night we were supposed to go bowling but it was crowded; thank GOD, since there is smoking and I get migraines from smoke. So we went Putt Putt with our favorite couple Tim and Jenn and a few other people. We had a blast. Jenn killed us at golf, but she kills us with ANY game she plays us. She's just awesome at everything.

We then hit the arcade and I killed at Skee Ball. I must have hit the high score or something because ticket after ticket spewed out for seriously minutes.

Sunday we went out to dinner with some other friends. I had fun making fun of vain people and their Chanel purses. I was a hit with their husbands! Haha. And then I asked who the designated driver was and no one wanted to talk to me after that. Hmm. I doubt we will hang with them again but Dan and I still had fun making fun of people.

And then Monday we went to see Sweeney Todd with Tim and Jenn. That movie was amazing in a very gothic and gory way which is exactly what I expected and I was so ecstatic. You can't go wrong with Tim Burton and Johnny Depp. On the whole I do NOT recommend this movie only because I don't think a majority of people will really understand and appreciate this movie, plus this movie is gothic and gory as hell and will turn a lot of people off. But if you like that sort of thing, SEE THIS MOVIE. I LOVED it and can't get enough of it. Plus Depp sings in it. *swoon*

Tonight was a potluck dinner thing that I wanted to go to but I had night classes so I missed it. I'm sure there will be another one and I'm thinking about hosting my own pot luck dinner/movie night so we shall see.
