Ripped off in public!

Today was my last exam and I was done in about 5 minutes and I even reviewed my answers a second time! It was only 40 questions though and it was relatively easy. I know I missed the last two questions. Oh well. You win some and lose some.

Since I was done so early I headed to the new bookstore to sell back some of my books. I was absolutely astonished at how much they ripped me off. The clerk barely gave a flinch when she told me $2 for a book I paid over $100.

I have a few they wouldn't buy so I'll try to sell them via the message boards around campus.

The new bookstore is pretty nice. It should be nice with all the money they rip off of students. It's about the size of a small warehouse with plenty of a/c and room. They had many registers available but only one or two opened at the time. The parking lot is still a dirt field! Ha!

I looked around and picked up some computer paper for home and a nice bag for me. It's a purse but it's big enough for books too. And it has a laptop storage area along with many other pockets. It's awesome. I haven't purchased anything for myself lately so it's about time I did.

So after those two purchases I had enough money leftover for a small lunch and maybe a half of a gas tank.
